It's dead in the water. It got canceled after the BBQ comp outgrew it. Apparently, no parking available is a problem. Wish they would stop showing the competition on the Food Network. Gets people all riled up.

Damn I was hoping to be to attend that thsi year, I went last year and even though I only got thre in time for the presentations, I was looking forwad to getting there earlier this year.

Yeah, I wanted to get in this year as well. The venue was actually too small. The teams from the previous years were grandfathered in and then those that submitted applications were on a first come first serve basis for whatever spots opened up. I knew of teams that never got to get in.
