This is the new base for wash station and the wash station that goes on it.

If you mean on sides yes both sides open to expose both top and bottom racks..........The top rack slides out for loading and unloading....

The wash station had a 18 gallon hot water heater in it that I am replacing with a mini. Instaineous hot water heater.

Yes it will that was a big selling point when I looked at it......It was the reason for buying this one and he made me a good deal.........
