The 2013 KCBS sanctioned BBQ Jamboree in Fredericksburg, VA will be held on May 10-11 this year. The jackpot this year is $10,000.00.

Does it still require a temporary health code license and someone from your team to distribute the peoples choice meat to the public?

Last year you could either have a team member distribute people's choice or they would do it for you. This year, people's choice is an option and not a requirement.

Do they really need 25lbs of pulled pork? Thats like 6 butts to cook and pull.

Southern Maryland Smokers will be there in the very last R/V spot in the line. And will not be doing peoples choice.

I might be in this year if people's choice is an option. With a one man team it was too much to handle last year.
