Default Delivering and serving chili for a crowd

Not a catering job, but I'm making beef chili and vegetarian chili for my daughter's performing arts class. About 30-40 total. Any ideas on how to get everything there hot?
The veg chili may fit in my largest crock pot for service, but I'm stumped on how to deliver 2-5 gallons hot beef chili.
I thought of lining my 5 gallon insulated beverage dispenser with a food grade plastic bag.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Big electric Turkey Roasters should be on sale right now like this one.

Essentially an 18 quart (4.5 gallon) crock pot. I keep one in the closet for cooking and serving Gumbo for crowds.

I just took 5 qts of chili, hot, wrapped the pot in towels,
into a styrofoam cooler and after 2 1.2 hours,
the handles were almost too hot to touch.

I found locally a large food grade liner that looks like it will fit my beverage cooler.
If I don't spill.
