I guess I'll always be a stick burnner... I like the Langs... I've found that my Lang 60 is just the right size for comps, I'd kick the size up a bit for catering though and go with at least an 84 with a warmmer... I don't know what it is but my customers love when I take ribs of my Lang and are willing to pay extra for me to bring it.

Maybe you need to help us, help you. What do you mean by WOW. Sounds more like you're looking for the big bad tricked out trailer or mobile pit for show and tell.

We were looking at a MC TS-250 and Klose Mobile something before you get to us you look-up and say WOW what's going on?
