27 lbs of boneless pork shoulder

my sons football team is having a bbq tomorrow after the game so my contribution is some pork for sandwiches
made some japs also stued with strawberry cream cheese, will wrap with bacon in the morning
pork went on at 9:00 and hopfully will be ready around 8:00 in the morning

strawberry adds a sweetness to the hot of the jalapenos, if the girls wont eat a jap then make em try one of these and they will be hooked
 
heres some updated pics
pat had a good game, 32 yd fg, 4 extra points, three punts over 40 yds, kickoffa unreturnable and a good tackle on one of the kickoffs win 31-18
