Default Chocolate Chip Cookies... with Bacon

Yes, you read it right. I just took half a pound of crispy bacon and broke it up into pieces, then added to the best chocolate chip cookies I know of...

You are a truly horrible man.

I attended a release party for Texas BBQ (great book) this evening at Hill Country in NYC. I specifically called RUB (another great BBQ place about 8 blocks away to check if they had their bacon chocolate chip cookies and see what their hours were.

I leave Hill Country and head over to RUB and they were SOLD OUT!!!

Then I get home, log on and get slapped in the face with your amazing looking cookies. It's TORTURE I tell ya!

Hmmmm, thats a first. I have seen chocolate with bacon in it, but never chocolate chip cookies with bacon in it.

Curt! They look great! not sure if I would eat them...NOT!!! anything would taste great with bacon! I wonder if the bacon would go good with a glass of milk????
