Default Standing Rib/Prime Rib on sale at cattleman's

All,

If you have a cattleman's in your area, check out the sales. I picked up a Prime rib roast today for $2.99/lb. The one that I got is 15.5 lbs and I will cut in half, and smoke half for christmas day dinner, and foodsaver and freeze the rest.
