Default First attempt at whole hog.

Were attempting our first whole hog today. I picked up a 32lb pig at the local resturant depot and stuffed it with 5lbs of fresh kelbasa. Pictures will be up after the pig is done.

The Lang will handle it with ease. Should be a fun cook.

Dude, 32 pounds kinda qualifies it as a piglet! Nice tender, moist meat. Hasn't had much food other than its mommas milk. Hopefully, you gave it some some spice, etc. as it will need it.
