Default Caribbean TD - Jerked Gator Balls

I present these jerked gator balls for the Caribbean throwdown.
"

"

"

Ground gator with a a homemade jerk marinade, lots of habaneros ;), wrapped in bacon and smoked, along with some jerked ABTs.
"

"
Got the RUM ^ (St Croix!!)
"
Grilled pineapple and peppers to accompany the protein.
"

"

Some jerked baby backs were devoured last night before I got pics.....

Might I add the gator balls were amazing!

Edit: Pics fixed..

Awesome pics, we have some Sint Maarten old man mango guavaberry rum that is exquisite. I wish we could buy it in the states. From our last trip island hopping around the Virgin Islands. I am gonna be making A rib glaze out of this stiff, hopefully it will do good, I can guarantee nobody will have that ingredient.
