Default What to do?

I had a great smoked turkey for dinner last week, but of coarse, I had some left overs, so I used'em up like this

The original version

and then some slices for future sandwiches

And then a kinda tex-mex smokey turkey soup. Made some broth from the carcas

Added a host of other goodies

Simmered for a while..........dished up

and a few bite shots

It was very tasty soup with a light smokey background flavor.

Thanks for looking

KC

Soup is always good. I like chicken (or turkey) noodle myself but one of the beauties of soup is there are so many different ways to make it.
