Default Easter Ribeye Roast (Pron)

It was a beautiful day for smoking! Almost reached the mid-50's! (Been a cold spring).
Started with a 5 lb. ribeye roast.

Onto the WSM.

Quick Check

Finished up with grilled pineapple and potato wedges. It was excellent! Thanks for looking!

I put it on 1t 11:00AM, pulled it when it hit 150. About 3:30, I think.

I havent used the WSM much, got it in the fall & found it kind of hard to maintain temps when it was cold.

It is always windy here & I havent cooked much beef - mostly only pork. I would do it again, for sure.
