We are having a bbq with 20+ people. Ive been looking forward to it all month. I'm doing pulled pork, hot dogs, pit turkey, a memphis sausage/cheese platter and my first ever wagyu brisket. I'm very excited

Hosting my annual guitar jam weekend, so meat and bear are a must.
On the menu are: picanha, duck breast, turkey breast, MOINKballs, STL ribs, brisket, mac&cheese, baked beans and some more sides.

Have a great weekend y'all.

Going to be a sad weekend for me. Have to go to my Brother-In-Laws house. He may not even BBQ, and if he does, he'll use his Green Mountain pooper, so sad.

DerHusker has inspired me and Memorial day cook will be Pork Butt Al Pastor as he did amazingly well here: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=272205

Guajilla chiles arrived in the mail yesterday. My wife will be handling the mango guacamole side

Sunday - thinking Neapolitan pies in the Blackstone.

Tomorrow is a barrel of smoked sausage - I've been contemplating ordering a few packs of sausage from Southside Market in Elgin TX and having it shipped up here to New England, with the hesitancy being spending $100 on sausage. Can anyone recommend?

Have a great holiday weekend Phu and Pharkers!

Happy Phriday, Pholks! Not sure if I feel up to cooking this weekend after getting my gallbladder removed on Wed, but if I do it will be brisket since Kroger has choice for $1.69. If nothing else, I'll grab one for the fridge.

I've got a Berkshire Boston butt I'll cook at some point...probably a steak or two...who knows what'll happen after I visit Sam's today. The weather doesn't look to be cooperative for the next 2 or so weeks.

Happy Phriday Phu and pharkers!

The Minister has declared that we fire up the Fisk griddle for the phirst time and have smash burgers (or where I come from, burgers), so that's what we're doing.

Aveagoodweekend!

Going to do a couple of pork butts on the WSM with the Hunsaker Vortex charcoal basket and a couple slabs of St. Louis spares on the Traeger. May have to through a fatty on there too.

I'm not sure yet. Right now I'm having a new roof put on my house (such a relief to get this done). I don't want to distract the roofers with thin blue aroma.
I'm thinking maybe a brisket in the UDS on Sunday. Have a great weekend, everyone.
