Default Mushroom swiss farkin cheese burger

I took venison and beef ( 50/50 ) to make the patties.

Seasoned with Tony C's and Jack Stacks meat and poultry rub.

On the mini at 275

The shrooms.

The swiss.

The final product with onion rings.

Other than being double its just a normal burger.

Thanks for looking.

I am startign to lose faith in Peeps. First no tomatoes (I think) and now no shrooms.

Did you put anything in the shrooms or is that just the juice that cooked out? Looks delicious to me.
