Prepped in cast iron pan and will finish in pit later on

italian sausage, four colors of pepper, sauteeed onions & garlic, crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and a few shakes of Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom rub

Looks great. I love sausage and peppers. Never thought of putting on smoker. Great idea.
