Default Chiclen Pics

This is the first Chicken on my smokette and it was great. Thanks to the Cook Shack recipe. I put it on half a can of Peach nectar and followed the recipe in the free cook book turned out exceptional!

Putty was used as breast implants (just kidding) The peach flavor did not come through in the chicken I used a bit much wood (still getting used to the smoker) but it was moist through and through. Nice but strong hickory flavor (I used my rub for beef and pork and it was to strong on the skin but insides were great.
