Hello Forum Members
Having lived in NYC apartments for a good part of my life, I haven't had much chance to own a BBQ let alone a smoker. But now I live west of Chicago and I can finally get something going. So far I've been smoking ribs with some success on my cheapo charcoal grill but I hope to improve soon. I'm planning on building a UDS this month once I get all the parts together. I've learned a lot so far from your posts and I'm looking forward to digging in a little deeper.
