Default Leftover Mashed Potatoes

Had to incorporate leftover mashed potatoes into tonight's supper. I put them in a pan and sprinkled a little Harley's on, browned some hamburger meat with onions and jalapeño, seasoned the meat with a little Harley's too, put some shredded cheddar on top and put it in the stick burner. Wasn't pretty but tasted good. The pecan went good with the cheddar.

Sometimes those one pan cooks don't look great, but, it sounds like something I would enjoy

Next time try this with your left over mashed. Insideout mashed potato fatty.

Just take cold mashed potatoes and make a loaf, split it in the middle and stuff with left over pork and sauce, fold to close, cook until the potatoes start to brown a little then add shredded chedar, pretty darn good.
