pig wings on man vs food
Watching Man vs Food right now and they're talking about a place that serves pig wings. They say they come from a pigs upper legs, but the bones are tiny? Almost looks like chopped up ribs to me? Anybody ever tried them or heard of them?

I've seen them on a local places menu also. The bone was tiny as well. I'm not sure where they come from on the pig.

Just looked this up. Looks like they come from part of the shank.
