Smile Vacation Cooks

We were on vacation / staycation this last week so I didn’t really have a lot of time to properly document my different cooks do to having company. I did get a few pics / money shots.

Before our company arrived, I started out making the Wahoo fish tacos in this cook.

Last Tuesday we made Ham/Cheese Burgers. Here is my plate with some homemade coleslaw and a Stone Brewing Vanilla Bean Porter.

After eating I lit the Landman fire ring up and we made Smores over the fire.

We then were able to get away for a day and a half to Coronado Island. On Frinday when we came home we cooked up these Porterhouse steaks. (Sorry no plated shots)

Saturday after our company left we cooked up some more Cheese Burgers. Here is my plate with some BBQ Tater-chips, macaroni salad and a Stone Brewing Pataskala Red X IPA.

Had a great and relaxing time and we ate well even when going out.
