Crab Cakes with Smoked Salmon and Cupcakes by the Drill Sargeant
Tonight, I made some crab cakes with some smoked salmon in them. I also noticed Jaime aka the Drill Sargeant loaded some nice cupcakes on to our Flickr account and thought I would share.
I used 16oz of Lump Crab Meat, 6oz of salmon, italian parsley, 2 eggs, mayo, Panko bread crumbs within and to coat, and a little seafood seasoning. Pan fried them in a little EVOO. The meal is complimented with some garlic mashed taters and salad (cranberries, feta and candied walnuts with balsamic).
