Default Bulgogi/Naturiffic Wings

Nellie picked up a pak of wings. Decided a 24hr bath in Bulgogi would be good to start

Time to rub them with Naturiffic Hot Wing Rub

And they are done after cookking on the WSM 18"

Thanks for looking

What!? Chicken Bulgogi Hot Wings!? Get. Out.

Photos look delicious, but I care more about your opinions on the bird. Thoughts?

Marc,
I use the Bulgogi on bird all the time and it has great flavor. The Naturiffic added a nice layer of heat as a compliment.

I need to follow suit, Marty.

How have I missed those cooks on here!?

Appreciate the micro-review and suggestion.

Micro-advertising active again from this end with the "purple shirt." I told you it's a favorite.

Best to you and the family back East.

Sounds great!!! Add a little bit of gochujang to the marinade to kick it up a bit. Typically most korean chicken and pork dishes have some spice whereas beef isnt typically spicy.

Consider me inspired. I'm doing Bulgogi wings tomorrow night on the kettle. I don't have the hot wing rub though so I'm going to try them with Naturiffic Chicken Salt.
