Thinking about getting rid of my stoker
I have both the digiQ and the stoker by rocks. I had my digiQ longer and use more than my stoker. I think I used the stoker less than 5 times since I had it. there is nothing wrong with the stoker at all. Originally, I bought the stoker for my stumps setup. It has the 5cfm fan and the stumps adapter. the standard unit comes with one meat probe. well I have a total of 4 meat probes and one pit probe. 2 of the meat probes have never been opened/used. Like I said, I love my guru but I just dont think I would ever use the stoker like I do the guru. I wanted to see if anyone out there would be interested in maybe trading their procom 4 model of the BBQ guru for it. I also have an external wireless adapter for the stoker as well that I will include in the trade if anyone is interested. Remember, the stoker can control muliple cookers at once where as the BBQ guru products only control one pit at a time. And you can access the stoker from the a laptop. Give me a call on my cell if you are interested. 706-691-3299
also, depending on what time of smokers you have, you would just need to add another pit probe and blower for the second smoker and so on.

I use the 25CFM blower myself and my tests on the unit were quite extensive. Remarkble product from a good guy, John Jackson.

With Stokerlog Program it all goes on paper for the Health Dept if they want to look. Not to mention that with Stokerlog Program now they can email you your temps or send your blackberry the temps via text message. AWSOME!Q!!
