Hello from Seattle, Washington. I found this site while searching for a new chicken recipe and hope to find some new friends with the same love of meat and smoke.

About a year ago I got fed up with the price for mediocre BBQ in Seattle and build myself a UDS (Ill post pics once I find them) and have never looked back. Cant wait this weekend will be the fist time I'v pulled out the smoker this year and going to try my hand at a fryer chicken or two.
