Default Armadillo Eggs

Hello Ladies.

I'm going to a luau this Saturday and I decided to take some Armadillo Eggs.

How much sausage should I use per egg? 1/2 lb, 1/4 lb, 1 lb?

I saw where BigMista made some with sliced jalapenos and cheese (cheddar?) in the center. Well, I think it was BigMista.

If you were me (and you should all thank the Lord you are not me), how would you make Armadillo Eggs?

I made some today and it was just like Kevin said.

The only thing is "average" size japs.
The OL bought about 30 japs and some of those were huge.
I could hardly get the chili twister to clean em up good.
(I used the big ones for rectum rockets)
IF you have some big japs the amount of cheese as well as sausage
will increase.

Good luck with the luau and I hope you get laaaaied !

If you are going to wrap jalapenos a 1/4 pound works great
