Why,yes you can but they are like other Wintertime veggies, tastier before they flower.

Thanks for the posts. This is EXACTLY what I was wanting to do on my current build, but wasn't sure how to go about it.

That is the very reason I post whenI was learning pit building watching builds and seeing builds helped me a lot and still does. We have nothing to hide and will pass anything along because it was passed to me at somepoint. I was not born with knowledge we gained it and still are. You all help me and don't even know it!!!

Just some updated pics of this smoke been slacking a little not on a time frame but will finish in a couple of weeks

Decided to put on a small trailer with a removeable tongue. Can use on the patio or hook up and go

Kinda like this "The price of victory is high but.... so are the rewards"

i really appreciate the compliments, I sure wish my mother could see Tylers skill level now. In May she will be gone 3 years she was 90 I know she would be proud of Tyler and I am too. He has a gift that many do not have I certainly do not have it. Everything comes to him naturally Dad has to think things thru, but I suppose I have passed some things to him heck i have been in the steel fabrication business for many many years so something had to rub off on him:grin:
