I’ve known several restaurant owners. Start ups take overs. The time and determination of “Restaurant People”. Sadly most didn’t have grand outcomes.

They were featured in Texas Monthly a couple years ago. Really a cool story. Kind of like what I thought barbecue should be. I’ve never been there. Wasn’t even aware of them while my son was at A&M.
