Default Brisket and Butt this weekend

First time for me doing two different meets on my uds. Any suggestions as to putting them on seperate grates or doing them both on one (if they fit)? I'm not sure about the drippings from one going on to the other. I assume the temperature wise, they will do fine at the same smoking temp. I'm thinking ~240*- 250*.

I like letting the juices and drippings from the pork drip on the brisket.

Would both on the same grate be your first choice?

That would be my choice if they will fit. I like the KISS system myself.

(Full disclosure law: I only have one level in my UDS)

I didn this exact same thing a few months ago for a friend's housewarming party. fit both on the same grate, they finished within a reasonable time (the brisket did go a little faster, but if you're making burnt ends out of the point put that on 1st.) and they were both just as good as when I cook them individually. the UDS should have enough room to squeeze both on the same rack
