I hit this new spot, Reveille Barbecue Co outside Tomball, TX. They have only been open 5 weeks. They are cooking on an Arnis Mallory built Evie Mae's 500 gallon reverse flow.

I expect to start seeing them mentioned in Texas Monthly, it was as good as anyone in the top 50 and better than some of the top names that keep getting praised in there.
