Default Bubble Bath Ribeye

Wife's sister always says I put it in the bubble bath when I sous vide. Sous vide prime ribeye at 135 for 4 hours. I find fattier cuts are better with a higher sous vide temp. Then pan seared with some rosemary/garlic/butter and basted during the sear gives a great crust/color. Served with grilled romaine lettuce and some french onion soup. We shared the plate. Great meal!

Sear about a minute a side

Nice color!

I'll take a few slices of that. Perfect doneness/color.
