Those came out fantastic! Black ops is one of my favorite rubs! Try adding a light coating of Carne Crosta on top of the Black Ops!

Brisket. Seasoned with Salt, Pepper and Coffee.
Please consider the last pic for my submission.
While it was on the smoker, I made a stock out of the trimmings and some more Coffee with S&P.
