Default Thawing large quantities of pulled pork

I have a fundraiser on Friday. I smoked 750lbs of pork and put in metal trays and frozen them. What is the safest and best way to thaw to use by Friday night

Wow that is a lot of meat to freeze. I wouldn't know where to begin to answer other than to say it's probably more work to cook, freeze, thaw and reheat 750lbs of pork that it is to just cook it fresh when needed. Good luck though, that is a major undertaking for sure!
