Depends. There are some really nutritious fruit vegetable powders. There are also some with more sugar fake sugar etc probably not so much. If I get really hungry I’ll drink a low sugar veggie/fruit drink. Sometimes low sodium V8.

Any fruit with a pit is good
Any dark slightly bitter fruits and veggies.
I don’t do bananas
Add avocado for creamy texture
 
I’m disappointed. Was hoping to see a big pouch of red man golden blend or possibly Levi. Little chaw never hurt no one as dad used to say.
