Recent cooks

I thought I had better get to posting some pics, otherwise the cooks didn't happen, right?!

Ribs - not too good...had way too much brown sugar in the rub and they burned..I had to sauce them afterwards to make them palatable....brisket was very good, but smoke ring was almost non existant - I need to work on my rubs, or just buy some, as I have been throwing some together from the spices in the pantry lately. Hard to mess up burgers, and the bone in chops were right tasty tonight

lol...those are toasted Arnold Sandwich Thins...they are great for burgers...they are in most grocery stores in the bread isle...the family loves them, and that is all I use on burgers anymore
