I was selling bbq concessions this weekend, had a farmer approach me about buying sweet corn. I was wondering if any of you sell roasted sweet corn on your smokers? Maybe have salt and squeeze butter on a table for it. I used to go to a state fair and they sold the dog snott out of it. What do you think? What do you sell it for if you do it? Any other thoughts?
