Here the results. Timing didn’t work out for dinner tonight, so it’ll sit overnight and then we’ll eat it tomorrow.

I snuck a few bites. It’s the most silky texture I’ve tasted. Can’t wait to brown it up on the blackstone and make tacos.

Thanks. I would have waited too. But my wife’s BFF called and offered all-you-can-eat sushi. How can I compete with that?! Lost her and both my teenage boys.

Congealed meat out of the fridge, onto the blackstone. Fresh pico, guac, and queso fresco. Some corn tortilla and some flour.
