we haven't had a decent hamburger in a while, but i wasn't wanting traditional, so i went with greek style burgers made with 50/50 ground chuck and lamb. (for the kids, i just used ground chuck in their burgers.) the burgers were smoked, then seared.

homemade tzatziki, fresh spinich, feta cheese, oh yeah, and benton's bacon!




















oh yeah, and green beans......
