I finally got mine... after a few phone calls... and waiting, and waiting.... they sent a single pair of small purple gardening gloves.... so much for a box of purple nitrile gloves...

Same here, go an email and still waiting, and waiting, and well, old timers set in, and I too ad forgot about it. What that means is, it will last longer.
