Default hot water on smoker trailer

I would love to make my tow behind smoker vendor legal. Part of what I need to do is have hot water and a 3 bin sink. The trailer is large enough but I have not found what I need. Does anyone have an idea about attaching a hot water tank to the fire box to heat the water? Do they make anything like that? I am sure the HD will be picky.

HD varies - Issue I would see would be the consistency in temp based on the heat source. HDs like clean, simple, inside the box thinking. Check with your local HD and see what they need.

i had this custom made then the health department made me get an electrick wather heater in stead

Gotta be at demand water and you'll need a 4th sink for a handwash.
