Default Eat your peas and carrots!



Fresh shucked peas w/ oblique cut carrots to compliment tomorrows maple crusted and smoked ham, white and sweet mashers w/ fresh applesauce.

Blanched, shocked and ready to finish with butter, salt and pepper and fresh thyme.

I did a couple of pork bellies a week or so ago, here's the finished product.

Grilled Nathans hot dogs w/ melted cheese topped w/ smoked bacon, amish farm pickles, white castle cheeseburgers, more grilled dogs and slaw... Yes, my wife and I ate it!
