Just got new shelving for our store room at school, got a major score from

Shelving in mint condition: three Cambro shelving units 8 feet tall and on wheels and 8 metal on casters also, plus cambro storage food bins (12) with covers, stainless work table on wheels worth $600.

Great for the Culinary Department

I hope you guys know that liquid smoke is in most every commercial BBQ sauce out there. You eat more liquid smoke than you care to admit.

I know that, but what are we supposed to do with a GALLON of the stuff? Make a 10,000 gallons of sauce? I still say boil ribs in it. Give it that authentic smoked ribs taste.
