Party For 50 people QTY??
I am quoting a party for 50 adults
they want BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork & Baby Backs I am thinking I will need 15 racks of ribs, Like 6 Butts and 50 Chicken thighs?? I am also giving them a salad, baked beans, & Jambalaya for $20.00 per person Any suggestions? dave red planet BBQ |
