18 Inch Weber Mods

Have the opportunity to rescue an 18 in. Weber kettle and need some ideas for fun mods so I have a reason/excuse to complete the rescue.
Would love to see pics of what folks have done.

It is a Smoking Demon. I can get five hours or so out of it @250* before I have to add more Fuel. Comes right back to Temp after refueling too.

modify it as a portable sjp. or come up with something that hasn't been done. what would you like it to do ?

Just looking for ideas at this point. I like N8man's but not sure I could pull that one off. What's an sjp?
