I think this addition is really great.
I'm sure that a lot of good things will be posted here
so we can all learn what to do and maybe more importantly
what not to do.

Thanks Phil for the addition.

Agreed. Please start by posting pics and a description of a gig or two. Also, feel free to stimulate conversation on topics of choice with repect to catering ( i.e. what you did to get the "business crankin").

Thanks!

Thanks for creating this topic area!
It is filled with valuable information that we can and will use.
And true to his word, Big Brother Smoke puts a lot of good information and stimulation out there.
Thanks to you, Phil, and to BBS for this valuable resource to those of us who cater/vend, or those of us who are hoping to do so.!

Default Sanitation woes

This is the grearest thing since the spice grinder. Starting my vending/catering gig soon. Only using a Lang 60 Deluxe. What can I do for hot water short of a self contained sink system from Meadow Creek?

Depends on how much hot water you'll need...I use the Coleman Hot Water On Demand...with 3 bus tubs...works great for washing dishes and providing for hand wash stations...
