Vending price

What should one charge for bbq ribs if you sold them per rib or maybe 2 ribs or any suggestion other price suggestion you might have. Thanks

I went to our local Farmers Market on Thurs. night. Kinders BBQ was there selling there food. I tried their ribs. 3 for $4.00. They were oven baked with a dry rub. No sauce but they did have a squirt bottle to add your own. People were waiting in line for them. At the Reno Rib Festival I believe they sell them for $2.00 a bone but at least they are smoked.

At the jazz and rib fest here they sell them 5 bones for 9.00

I sell a plate with 3 bones and 2 sides for $8. 1/2 rack for $12 and full rack for $20.

i do 2 thick ribs & choice of 2 sides w/ a chunk of sausage,pickle,bread, & generic soda, or bottled water for $8.00- but then i'm cheap & promoting right now...
