I've blown through a few wireless thermometers that haven't been worth chit. They either lose connectivity (frequently), or they poop out. I've got a 60 year-old house with brick construction. Although the receiver is only about 20' away, this has been an issue. I really only need a basic unit: one meat probe is all I need. I'm thinking the IRF-2S is the logical option as I don't think Bluetooth would reach. Was wondering if you have or are considering incorporating wifi -- I do have a booster on the patio.

Different people like different style thermometer. Yes, IRF-2S (great range) is a good option to you. And wifi connecting is easy to lose signal too. Our tech team hasn't created a type of wifi thermometer with stable and strong signal now.
And our tech team are doing a basic type of thermometer. No need to connect phone or other thing. It can be used immediately once you plug the probe.
