The wife and kids are out of town, so I made one of my favorite things.. Mexican Food.
I marinaded some thin-sliced beef and threw in a few pieces of chicken too.
Grilled on the Kettle with white hot KBB.
I also made a last minute decision to add a few enchiladas to the plate, so I used the chicken for that. They're covered in Dona Maria Mole Sauce.
Washed it all down with some Negra Modelo :razz:
