[FONT=&quot]I made up these sandwich rolls for the Big Farking Sandwich! (From artisanbreadwithsteve.com) Throwdown. Here are the ingredients.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Dough ready to be shaped.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]And proofing a second time.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Wiped with an egg wash.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]And done.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Big Sandwich here I come![/FONT]
 
Is the wooden container salt or sesame seeds?

I'd love to have one for lunch tomorrow.
 
I have that same bamboo salt cellar. Sadly I have none of that bread. :sad:

I just made some hot links (first time) yesterday that would be happy on some bread like that. Now I gotta bake.
 
Those look amazing! I could go for a sammie made with some of that right now. Great job! :hungry:
