Got the new griddle for the 26.75 OTG done and thought I'd test drive it with Bulgogi beef, onions & bok choy with fried rice on the side, all firsts for me.

Here is the setup, a single layer of Stubbs and disposable foil drip pan (I designed/built the griddle with a rear clean-out)

Griddle down & getting hot with the fried rice fixings ready to go (+ plus the cook's adult beverage)

Rice on (precooked rice, some leftover roast pork, shrimps, eggs & soy).

Now the main event, thin sliced ribeye in Bulgogi marinade for 36 hours; added sliced onion and bok choy for the last couple hours.

Looks great Dave. That is a sweet griddle setup. Yes this needs to be an entry!

What kind of steel did you use.

Just plain old A36 hot rolled low carbon steel plate. This is the most common carbon steel made and you can pretty much get it anywhere. For this project I used 1/4" thickness.

You got a special recipe for the marinade?

Off the shelf from a local Asian market, very tasty.
