No reason you can't roast them in your smoker either. I can get my Akorn to keep steady at 400. Also do some that have been salted and dusted with wasabi powder...

One of my friends turned me onto this and damn they are great. After getting a can of beans and cooking them in the over and shoveling them all in my face I ran back to the store for about 5 more cans . 1 was not enough.

So versatile as you can make any flavor you want.
